Resolved, That the 78th General Convention acknowledge and affirm the faithful efforts by dioceses to reconcile with and welcome those individuals who have left The Episcopal Church and wish to return, and commend continuing actions to that end; and be it further

Resolved, That the 78th General Convention commend to members of the clergy who have removed themselves from communion with The Episcopal Church and subsequently wish to return to active ministry in The Episcopal Church, the provisions of Title III and Title IV of the Canons of The Episcopal Church.

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 78th General Convention acknowledge and affirm the faithful efforts by dioceses to reconcile with and welcome those individuals who have left The Episcopal Church and wish to return, and commend continuing actions to that end; and be it further

Resolved, That the 78th General Convention commend to members of the clergy who have removed themselves from communion with The Episcopal Church and subsequently wish to return to active ministry in The Episcopal Church, the provisions of Title III and Title IV of the Canons of The Episcopal Church.
