Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 78th General Convention request a study of the issue of clergy both Episcopal and Lutheran serving congregations in a Diocese where they are not canonically resident; and be it further
Resolved, That the study results in canonical direction to the Church in the matter of vote in Dioceses where such clergy are living and serving congregations but do not hold canonical residence.
