Resolved, That the General Convention, meeting this Fall in Louisville, urge its members in both Houses to return home and to press for more responsible salaries for all parochial clergy; and be it further
Resolved, That the General Convention urge the Bishops and clerical and lay Deputies to motivate each Diocese to enable its own clergy-salary commission to be in communication with and to work in co-operation with similar commissions of Dioceses in their respective Provinces (i.e., metropolitan Dioceses with metropolitan Dioceses, non-metropolitan Dioceses with non-metropolitan Dioceses).
