Resolved, That this 66th General Convention of the Episcopal Church meeting in Denver, Colorado in September 1979, request the Presiding Bishop, the Executive Council, and all diocesan Bishops to formulate plans to observe it [the Seabury Anniversary] with appropriate programs, including an invitation to the Scottish Episcopal Church to participate in such celebration.
