Resolved, That this 67th General Convention require that whenever a Priest or Bishop of this Church shall be the celebrant or one of the celebrants at any ecumenical service of the Eucharist, the elements used are those used by our Lord himself, namely bread and wine, that our Lord's Words of Institution be used, that the said Priest or Bishop join in the consecration of the gifts in a joint celebration, that any of the blessed elements remaining at the end of the service be reverently consumed, and that the service be authorized by the diocesan Bishop; and be it further

Resolved, That these regulations shall govern participation of the Clergy of this Church in all ecumenical services of the Eucharist involving Churches with which this Church is not yet in full communion, including Interim Eucharistic Fellowship with the Churches of the Consultation on Church Union and common, joint celebrations of the Eucharist with the Lutheran Churches.
