Resolved, That the 76th General Convention urge the Congress of the United States of America to pass, and the President of the United States to sign legislation by the end of 2009 guaranteeing adequate healthcare and insurance for every citizen of the United States of America; and be it further
Resolved, That the Secretary of the General Convention be directed to forward this resolution to the President and congressional leaders.
