Resolved, That the 77th General Convention request the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget & Finance to consider increasing by 20% the base budget support awarded at the 76th General Convention to each of the four "aided dioceses" (South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, Navajoland) for ministry with Native Peoples for the 2013–2015 triennial budget.
