Resolved, The General Convention instructs the Church Pension Fund to study the feasibility of a mandatory, short-term disability plan for all lay employees of The Episcopal Church.
Resolved, The General Convention instructs the Church Pension Fund to report its findings and recommendations in this matter to the Executive Council of the Episcopal Church no later than the final regularly scheduled meeting of the Executive Council in 2016.
