Resolved, That the Executive Council recognize, on the occasion of his retirement, the ministry of the Right Reverend George Edward Haynsworth, former Executive for World Mission and a Missionary Bishop of the Church; and be it further Resolved, That the Executive Council express its deep appreciation of Bishop Haynsworth's many years of missionary service; and be it further Resolved, That a copy of this resolution be sent to the Diocese of South Carolina where it will be presented to him, with other letters of thanksgiving and appreciation, on the occasion of the Diocesan Convention, February 22, 1991. |
