Resolved, That the Executive Council express its grateful appreciation to the members of the Presiding Bishop's staff for their thorough and careful preparation of materials and arrangements for this meeting of Council and for their faithful service to this Church.

Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop and Executive Council express gratitude to Bishop Pope and the Diocese of Fort Worth for their welcome and hospitality given us; and be it further

Resolved, That we express appreciation to the Dean and Cathedral Church of All Saints, the Diocesan Choir, and the representatives from the several churches who joined together on February 28th for the lovely Service of Evensong and the reception which followed.

Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop and Executive Council express heartfelt thanks to Louis Gill for more than thirty years of faithful service, the last fifteen of which were spent as Assistant Treasurer of this Church. We wish him many retirement years of health and happiness.

Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop and Executive Council give profound thanks to Almighty God for the life, work and witness of Paul Chalk, former member of this Council, Deputy to General Convention, and member of its Committee on Program, Budget and Finance, and that we express deep sympathy to his widow Marie and members of his family; and be it further
