Resolved, That the Executive Council meeting in Tampa, Florida on February 9-12, 2004, adopts the following anti-racism plan for continued self-assessment and systemic change: We will: 1) participate in 4 hours of self-assessment in development and refinement of action plans, beginning at our June, 2004 meeting, and continuing at one meeting each succeeding year of the triennium, and 2) devote an hour of each committee’s time at all other meetings to review the action plans and monitor progress; and be it further

Resolved, That Executive Council calls all provinces, dioceses, congregations, CCAB’s, and other church leaders to embrace the challenge of transforming ourselves and the Church through participation in anti-racism awareness as required by General Convention resolutions in 2000 B049 and 2003 A-010; and be it further

Resolved, That Executive Council asks the Social Justice Office to report annually to the Council through National Concerns on the progress made by provinces, dioceses, and CCAB’s in complying with this mandate.
