Resolves of the Executive Council

Resolved, That Executive Council, meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii, April 24-29, 1997, authorize from the income of the Constable Fund up to $60,180.00 for the implementation, monitoring, and revision of the National Anti-Racism Dialogue Initiative, with the funds to be expended as follows:

Report/Newsletter, $3,000.00
Training events, $4,800.00
Field training events, $2,000.00
In House Dialogue, $2,880.00
Expanded/revised manuscript, $30,000.00
other language versions (1), $10,000.00
video taping, $7,500.00

Total: $60,180.00
