Resolved, That the Executive Council authorize the following procedure as approved in Resolution AF-14 of the February, 1992 Executive Council meeting and spelled out in paragraph D, page 18 of the AF 1 report of this Council meeting: any additional funding or shortfall experienced through apportionment by September 1992, shall be allocated in October 1992, to program priorities upon the recommendation of the Presiding Bishop and approval of the Standing Committee on Administration and Finance. Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop be requested to consider the Coalition for Human Needs in connection with this allocation process. |
