Resolved, That the Executive Council express its appreciation for the following appointments made by the Presiding Bishop:
Appointed Missionaries
Rev. David McNeely, MD, Diocese of Haiti, assigned as the Development Officer in the Diocese of Haiti, and is a joint appointment with the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief and Cornell Medical School. This appointment is for three years beginning January 25, 1999.
Rev. Robert and Mrs. Ellen Snow, Diocese of Nebraska. Deacon Snow will serve as the Diocesan Administrator and Deacon to Iglesia Epifania and Mrs. Snow will serve as the Diocesan Coordinator of Work and Medical Teams, and other diocesan guests; as well as the English speaking assistant to the Bishop. Their appointment in the Diocese of the Dominican Republic is for three years beginning January 1, 1999.
