Resolved, That the Executive Council express its appreciation for the following mission companions who faithfully completed their terms of service:

The Rev. Katharine Babson, Diocese of Maine – assigned as Special Appointed Liaison in the Church of the Province of Myanmar. Her appointment began on October 1, 2003, and ended on December 31, 2008.

The Rev. Susan Buell, Diocese of Northwest Pennsylvania – assigned as Dean of the Catedral del Redentor in Madrid with the Spanish Reformed Church. Her assignment began on September 1, 2004, and ended on July 31, 2009.

Ms. Lynn Coulthard, Diocese of Western North Carolina – assigned as Facilitator in the Diocese of Durgapur, Church of North India. Her assignment began on September 3, 2007, and ended on September 30, 2010.

Ms. Robin Denney, Diocese of El Camino Real – assigned as External Agricultural Consultant in the Diocese of Juba, Episcopal Church of Sudan. Her assignment started on January 25, 2009, and ended on April 30, 2011.

Ms. Kyle Evans, Diocese of Pennsylvania – assigned as ESL Teacher/Seminary Warden in the Diocese of Haiti. Her assignment started on November 1, 2008, and ended on October 31, 2009.

Ms. Barbara Flannagan, Diocese of Virginia – assigned as Warden at St. George's College in the Diocese of Jerusalem, in the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East. Her assignment began on February 11, 2009, and ended on February 10, 2010.

The Rev. Michael and Mrs. April Floyd, Diocese of Northwest Texas – assigned as Professor at the Center for the Study of Theology and Volunteer respectively in the Diocese of the Dominican Republic. Their assignments began on July 27, 2007, and ended on June 27, 2010.

Dr. David Johnson, MD, Diocese of Western North Carolina – assigned as Coordinator of Health Ministries in the Diocese of the Dominican Republic. His appointment started on March 1, 2007, and ended on December 31, 2009.

The Rev. Canon Samir Jamil Habiby, Diocese of New Hampshire – assigned as Special Assistant to the Bishop of the Diocese of Jerusalem, in the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem & the Middle East. This appointment began on February 2, 2008, and ended on February 22, 2010.

Dr. Eric Gilder, PhD, Diocese of Fort Worth – assigned as Advisor to Ascension on Social/Health Dev. Project at the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu in Romania in the Diocese of Europe. This appointment started on October 10, 2000, and ended on October 10, 2009.

The Rev. Richard Kunz, Diocese of New Jersey – assigned as Executive Director of El Hogar Projects in the Diocese of Honduras. This appointment started on July 1, 2004, and ended on October 31, 2010.

The Rev. Jeremy and Mrs. Penelope Lucas, Diocese of Alabama – assigned as Associate Dean & Clergy Training Consultant and Volunteer respectively in the Diocese of Namibia, Anglican Church of Southern Africa. This appointment began on May 1, 2008, and ended on April 30, 2011.

The Rev. Elyn MacInnis, Diocese of New York – assigned as Minister of International Congregation in China. Her appointment started on September 1, 1993, and ended on April 30, 2010.

Mr. Finley Middleton, Diocese of Albany – assigned as Financial and Grants Advisor in the Diocese of Liberia, Church of the Province of West Africa. This appointment started on January 1, 2009, and ended on February 28, 2011.

Ms. Dianne Smith, Diocese of Massachusetts – assigned as Nurse Administrator at Maseno Hospital in the Diocese of Maseno North, Anglican Church of Kenya. Her appointed began on October 14, 2008, and ended on December 31, 2010.

Mr. Roger Speer, Diocese of Southern Ohio – assigned as Missioner for Children, Youth & Young Adult in the Diocese of the Virgin Islands. His appointment began on January 1, 2009, and ended on June 30, 2010.

The Rev. Lauren Stanley, Diocese of Virginia – assigned as the Communication Liaison in the Diocese of Renk, Episcopal Church of Sudan from July 1, 2005, to May 31, 2008. Later she was assigned as Partnership & Training Facilitator in the Diocese of Haiti. That appointment started on July 1, 2008, and ended on November 30, 2010.

The Rev. Robert and Mrs. Maurine Tobin, Diocese of Massachusetts – assigned as Missionaries by Special Appointment in the Diocese of Jerusalem, Episcopal Church in Jerusalem & The Middle East. This appointment began on January 1, 2008, and ended on December 31, 2008.

Mr. Christopher Wells, Diocese of Northern Indiana – assigned as Scholar in Mission in the Diocese of Dallas and Lecturer at the College of the Transfiguration in the Diocese of Grahamstown, Anglican Church of Southern Africa. This dual appointment started on September 1, 2008, and ended on December 31, 2009.

The Rev. James and Mrs. Lorine Williams, Diocese of Western New York – assigned as Acting Priest-in-Charge & Treasurer and Diocesan Administrator respectively in the Diocese of Matlosane, Anglican Church of Southern Africa. Their appointment began on August 30, 1999, and ended on December 31, 2010.

The Rev. Diane Wong, Diocese of Massachusetts – assigned as English Priest in the Diocese of Taiwan. Her appointment began on October 28, 2006, and ended on October 30, 2010.
