Resolved, [That] the Executive Council requests that the House of Bishops engage in conversation about the diocesan Asking for the Budget for The Episcopal Church for the 2016-2018 triennium at its September 2013 meeting in Nashville; and be it further Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop and the President of the House of Deputies authorize a survey of bishops and deputies regarding the diocesan Asking in support of The Episcopal Church Budget. |
