Resolved, That the Executive Council express its appreciation for the following missioners who have faithfully completed their terms of service.

Mr. Kathy McDonald, Diocese of Missouri, served as Warden at St. George’s College in the Diocese of Jerusalem. This appointment started April 2, 2000 and officially ended April 8, 2002.

Ms. Sara Kastagir, RN, Diocese of Los Angeles, served as Coordinator of Community Based Rehabilitation in the Diocese of Kitale, in Kenya. This appointment started April 22, 1998 and officially ended June 22, 2002.

Rev. Henry Mikaya, Diocese of Western Michigan, served as Dean of the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Diocese of Botswana in Central Africa. This appointment started June 16, 1999 and officially ended June 16, 2002.

Mr. Peter McKinney, Diocese of Western North Carolina, served as Bishop’s Secretary in the Diocese of Namibia in South Africa. This appointment started October 13, 2000 and officially ended June 30, 2002.

Rev. Seth Polley and Mrs. Lori Keyne, Diocese of California, served as Priest-in-charge of St. Luke's Cathedral and Assistant to the Diocesan Youth Program respectively in the Diocese of Panama. These appointments started February 9, 1999 and officially ended July 1, 2002.

Rev. Judith Toffey, Diocese of Connecticut, served as English Teacher at Ahliyyah School for Girls in the Diocese of Jerusalem. This appointment started January 27, 2001 and officially ended July 4, 2002.

Mr. Thomas Sherow, Diocese of Western Kansas, served as English Teacher at El Buen Pastor Episcopal School in the Diocese of Honduras. This appointment started August 15, 2000 and officially ended July 10, 2002.

Mr. Ranjit Mathews, Diocese of Massachusetts, served as Assistant to The Church of the Province of Southern Africa’s Office of HIV/AIDS at the Community Ministries & Mission of St. George’s College Cathedral in the Diocese of Cape Town. This appointment with Young Adult Service Corps program started July 1, 2001 and officially ended May 31, 2002.

Ms. Kristina Minister, Diocese of Lexington, served as English Teacher by special appointment in China with the Amity Foundation, through the National Council of Churches in the USA. This appointment started July 26, 2000 and officially ended July 26, 2002.

Mr. Thomas Murphy, Diocese of Western North Carolina, served as Volunteer Counselor/Teacher in the Diocese of Honduras. This appointment with the Young Adult Service Corps Program started June 15, 2001 and officially ended June 15, 2002.

Mr. Alex Dyer, Diocese of Southern Virginia, served as Income Generating and Training Officer in the Diocese of Egypt and North Africa. This appointment with the Young Adult Service Corps Program started August 12, 2001 and officially ended July 31, 2002.

Mr. Peter and Mrs. Betty Budde, Diocese of Fond du Lac, served as English Teachers in the Diocese of Honduras. These appointments started August 8, 2001 and officially ended June 17, 2002.

Mr. Jeff Lisman, Diocese of Connecticut, served as Music Teacher at Uganda Christian University in the Church of the Province of Uganda. This appointment with the Young Adult Service Corps Program started August 29, 2001 and officially ended August 29, 2002.

Ms. Wesley Fletcher, Diocese of West Texas, served as Teacher in the Diocese of West Ankole in Uganda. This appointment with the Young Adult Service Corps Program started August 27, 2001 and officially ended August 27, 2002.

Rev. Dr. Robert Macauley and Mrs. Pamela Burton-Macauley, Diocese of New York, served as Pediatrician and Video Journalist respectively in the Diocese of Madi/West Nile in Uganda. These appointments started April 27, 2002 to September 30, 2002.

Mr. Ronald and Mrs. Lois Noah, Diocese of Iowa, served as Team English Teachers to assist with the English Club and other English activities at St. John’s and St. Mary’s Institute of Technology in Taipei, Taiwan. They also served as Chaplains in English Bible Studies and helped the Church of the Advent and other parishes in Taipei with community services. These appointments started July 10, 2000 and officially ended July 21, 2002.

The Revs. Louis and Joan Mattia, Diocese of Florida, served respectively as Director of Chamuhawi Christian Education Center and Trainer of the Theological Education by Extension Program, in the Diocese of Mpwapwa in Tanzania. They subsequently served as Directors of St. Julian’s Conference Center in Limuru, Diocese of Kenya. These appointments started October 1, 1999 and officially ended in on September 30, 2002.
