Resolved, That when VIM funds are received from any diocese for a national project which is also a designated project within the diocese remitting the funds that these funds may be released to the diocese immediately at the discretion of the Executive for the program and the Treasurer of the Executive Council; and be it further Resolved, That any such action be reported to the next meeting of the VIM Committee and that the appropriate resolution be prepared for presentation to the Executive Council affirming the action already taken. |
