Resolved, That the Executive Council, acting on the report of its Ad Hoc Committee to Review the Parochial Report and Diocesan Report, recommend the revised form for the Parochial vital and financial statistics to the Committee on the State of the Church. These forms should be used for the reports for the year ended December 31, 1991. |
