Resolved, That the Presiding Bishop be authorized and requested to appoint an Advisory Committee on Heraldry of not less than three persons who have special knowledge and skills in heraldry. The Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Presiding Bishop, Diocesan Bishops and other individuals or organizations seeking advice on seals, crests and other applications of heraldry.
