Resolved, That the 68th General Convention of the Episcopal Church/USA urge the Congress of the United States to reaffirm its commitment to provide a home-buying incentive for clergy and to reassert its authority over tax policy by enacting H.R. 385 or S. 1595, currently before the 99th Congress, and also that a copy of this resolution will be sent by the Diocesan Bishops of the Episcopal Church/USA to all Members of the Congress and the Senate from the states in which they reside.
